Partner
A Chartered Accountant and alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and MDI Gurgaon, Prateek is the ex-CEO of a telecom company operating across the Middle East and Hong Kong, with experience managing businesses in over 30 countries. Leveraging his deep finance and capital-allocation expertise, he brings a disciplined, returns-driven approach to real estate investments, helping structure and evaluate high-value opportunities.
Aalok
Partner
An expat from Australia and Master's graduate from Monash University, Aalok brings over 22+ years of corporate leadership experience in Australia across global technology, consulting, and management roles. A co-founder in multiple startups, Aalok returned to India to pursue his passion for real estate, co-founding Fynest Realty to deliver a trusted platform for NRIs and HNIs.

Prateek and Aalok bring complementary perspectives to Fynest Realty — investment and capital strategy alongside global business, technology and client advisory experience.
Together, they are building Fynest Realty as a buyer-first real estate advisory firm in Gurgaon, serving investors, NRIs and HNIs who value a more considered approach to property.
