The layouts

In the 1,727 sq. ft. 3 BHK, the master bedroom measures about 11 ft by 16 ft, and the living and dining area about 12 ft by 21 ft. There are two balconies, one of them nearly 16 ft wide. The 1,893 sq. ft. plan adds a servant room of about 7 ft by 15 ft with its own bathroom and balcony, set beside the entrance and the kitchen.

The 2-acre club

The club is the centrepiece of the township. It is built on about 2 acres and it is one of the largest club houses in a reidential society in Gurgaon. The club is being fully redesigned & is slated to reopen in next couple of months.
